At Keyzol, we strive to provide accurate product representations and high-quality items at affordable prices. Product keys are delivered via your Keyzol account. After purchase approval, orders are typically processed within one hour but may take up to 24 hours. You will receive email updates on your order status. Once marked as complete, you can find your product key in your account under the "Order History" section.
Important Note:
Product keys are considered digital products. Once delivered, they cannot be returned as they are not physical items that can be resold. Therefore, no refunds are issued. However, we do offer a refund policy as outlined below.
Refunds in the following cases:
- If Keyzol fails to deliver the product key, a refund will be issued.
Refund Time:
- Refund initiation may take 1-2 business days.
- Once processed, refunds may take 2-4 business days to transfer, depending on the payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet).
No Refunds in the following cases:
- The buyer placed an incorrect order without reading the complete product description, and the product key had already been delivered via the account.
- The buyer fails to download the correct software file due to a poor internet connection.
- The buyer fails to download and install the correct software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
- If the product key fails to activate on the buyer’s computer system, Keyzol will issue a new product key. The buyer must send a full-screen screenshot that includes the error window, software version/edition info, current date and time, and email it to Keyzol. - Buyers have only 7 days from the date of purchase to inform us of product key activation failures. After 7 days from the date of purchase, no new product key will be issued under any circumstances.
